Federal funding to support Village Musical Acadien

The federal government is investing to help a PEI community share the vibrant traditions, culture and stories of the Acadian people. On Friday, MP Bobby Morrissey announced up to $284,200 to Village Musical Acadien in the Evangeline region.  Village Musical Acadien is a cultural hub that celebrates the region’s Acadian heritage through music food and historic exhibitions. The money will go toward helping the village make upgrades to the property and install energy efficient lighting.
