Dowling easily won the leading driver honours of the year at Red Shores Summerside as he made 65 trips to the winner’s circle at the Prince County oval. Live racing continues at Red Shores Charlottetown Saturday afternoon at 12:30 P.M., featuring Horse Person’s Day, presented by the P.E.I. Standardbred Horse Owner’s Association.
